We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst with expertise in process mapping to join our CSO team at MACSEYE. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Strategy and Performance, this role is pivotal in streamlining, optimising, and documenting internal business processes across the organisation. Your work will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across our services.

Job Description

Process mapping & documentation: Identify, map, and document business processes, creating SOPs and process flow diagrams

Process analysis & improvement: Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimisation

Stakeholder collaboration & communication: Engage with teams and leadership to align process improvements with strategic goals

Change management & implementation support: Assist in implementing new processes, providing training and guidance

Performance monitoring & compliance: Track improvements, report progress, and ensure adherence to regulations and best practices

Qualifications

Education & certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; CBAP, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst with expertise in process mapping; experience in education or childcare services is advantageous

Technical skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies

Communication & collaboration: Strong written/verbal skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to simplify complex ideas

Work style: Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
