About the position

We are seeking applications for an experienced Business Analyst – Process Improvement to apply their expertise to undertake comprehensive process mapping across the organisation, identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience, to best position the organisation for future growth. This position involves working closely with key stakeholders to analyse business processes, define requirements, propose and advocate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of improvements.

To apply for this position, please address the following key selection criteria:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; AND at least 5 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement or a related role, including
    experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in process modelling tools and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated success in driving and managing change, motivating employees through the change process, and delivering consistent process improvements and planned outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, assess potential solutions and implement changes
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong current knowledge on industry trends and best practices for process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to engage in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
