What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Electoral Systems Strategy, this role will be responsible for:
Creating system process documentation and workflows to reflect how the VEC’s key electoral systems support existing electoral processes, as well as future state process changes.
Ensuring system process maps and requirements are correctly elicited and documented prior to the commencement of internal development.
Providing critical a link between the VEC’s business process owners and product owner team assisting them to refine the vision and scope of projects to enhance the VEC’s key electoral systems.
What you will bring to the role:
Demonstrated skills in modelling as-is and to-be processes using Business Process Model and Notation standards or Unified Modelling Language standards as well as expertise in business process re-engineering to enhance business process efficiency.
Proven experience in providing business/process analysis in a time-critical environment using contemporary analysis standards such as Use Case Modelling, Journey Mapping and Data Flow Diagrams.
Proven ability to elicit and prioritise business objectives translating them into clear and unambiguous documentation as well as handle ambiguity, assimilate complex information and distil key concepts, and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
