West Coast Audiology is a vibrant audiology and independent hearing aid dispensing practice located in Wembley Downs. We are highly reputed for an exceptional standard of patient care, customer service, ethics and professionalism. Utilising the latest in audiological technology and knowledge, we deliver the very best quality in hearing assessment and hearing aid solutions.

The Role
This is a front line role for a candidate with strong customer service skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will include the following important services:
Meeting, greeting & welcoming clients
Managing patients and building relationships
Taking calls and scheduling appointments
Using the clinic database for client management and for processing Hearing Service Program claims
Filing and scanning documents
Presenting client follow-up and hearing aid service plans as directed by Audiologist
Invoicing and receipting accounts
Performing minor hearing aid repairs and phone app installs
Stock control and ordering
Office hygiene, cleaning and management
Managing petty cash
Be a practice ambassador
Helping to market and grow the business
The Opportunity
Above award rate (plus superannuation)
Hours are 0930 – 1630, three days a week (Monday – Wednesday, with only Tuesday being negotiable) with a 30 minute lunch break and the ability to cover other employee’s annual leave and sick leave as necessary
Four weeks annual leave (partly taken over the Christmas / New Year period), 10 days sick / carer’s leave and long service leave as per the WA industry award

About You
You’re a fun, outgoing and all-around good person who puts others first and loves being part of a high-performing, professional team. To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Competent typing skills (80-100 wpm)
Strong organisational skills

Excellent computer skills with the ability to produce documents via Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excellent
Well presented
Hearing industry experience would be valued, but not required
