Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Administration:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry standards.
Support audits and manage financial documentation.
Manage invoicing, payroll, and expense reporting.
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide customer service to clients and vendors.
Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organise and manage company documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in general administrative duties as required by the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an accountant or financial administrator.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Excel.
Experience with office administration or office management.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
