About the Role:

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and supporting month-end and year-end processes. You will join a collaborative finance team in a high-performing environment that offers both stability and the opportunity to grow your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports
• 
  Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• 
  Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• 
  Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AASB/IFRS)
• 
  Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• 
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You:

• 
  CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• 
  Solid experience in a similar Financial Accounting role
• 
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
• 
  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• 
  Experience with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) preferred
• 
  High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset
• 
  Available to commence immediately
