About the role

Louie's Deli in Rose Park, SA is seeking an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our vibrant team. This is a casual position, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and life. As an Experienced Barista All-Rounder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high-quality standards that our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks to customers
• Ensuring the café's equipment and workstation are clean, well-stocked and maintained
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Assisting with various front-of-house duties as needed, such as food preparation, counter service and cash handling
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and food safety regulations
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a front of house member and barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and fresh ideas to bring to the table.
• Enthusiasm for coffee culture
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Relevant food handling and barista qualifications (desirable)
