About the Role:
In this dynamic front-desk role, you’ll support our clinical team by managing patient enquiries, appointments, and day-to-day admin tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Duties Include:

Greeting patients and answering phones

Appointment scheduling and billing

Maintaining tidy, welcoming reception and waiting areas

Drug and alcohol testing

End-of-day kitchen tidy-up as part of our respectful team culture
