Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business and develop relationships with potential buyers.

Follow up with buyers from previous open homes, private inspections, and other lead generation activities.

Conduct door knocking in the local area surrounding new listings to inform prospective clients of properties for sale and generate new leads.

Property Inspections & Showings:

Conduct private inspections and open homes for prospective buyers, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.

Ensure all open home signs are placed out and collected before the close of business.

Qualifications for the Successful Candidate:

Bilingual Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential.

12months minimum previous sales associate experience

Excellent communication skills.

Hungry, driven, motivated, and willing to learn from a top-performing office.

Seeking someone with great energy and a can-do, hardworking attitude.
