THE POSITION

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Prospect and generate leads using innovative and proven strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and VIP clientele.
• Prepare and attend open homes, auctions, and listing appointments for some of Sydney's most sought-after properties.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, photography shoots, and property appraisals.
• Handle sales inquiries, conduct buyer callbacks, and liaise with key stakeholders such as vendors, solicitors, and marketing coordinators.

THE PERSON

• Real estate experience either as a sales associate or a leasing consultant ready to transition into sales.
• Tenacious, results-driven & proactive - You're hungry for success and eager to make your mark!
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills - You know how to impress and engage clients.
• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence - Ready to hit the ground running!
• Local knowledge of the St George area - Highly desirable but not essential.
