Our National Support Centre is located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.

The Position
We’re looking for a well organised, customer service extraordinaire that loves a challenge. No two days are the same, and the right person will be quick on their feet, have a bubbly personality, and be an avid problem solver.
As a Franchise Consultant, you’ll be speaking with existing Franchise Partners, and people in the process of starting their own business, so we want you to ‘wow’ them with a bright and friendly personality. You’ll be providing our Franchise Partners with ongoing support, build relationships with our team and guide them through setting up their business, and operating it long-term.
The role is Full Time 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.
Responsibilities includes:
Liaising with new Franchise Partners to guide them through the onboarding process
Providing Franchise Partners with ongoing support and guidance on operational and business matters, including compliance with franchise standards
Act as a liaison between Franchise Partners and various internal departments
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to stay up to date with industry trends
General administration tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
A “can-do” attitude and approach to learning
Great attention to detail
Confident phone manner and email etiquette
Strong time management and organisational skills
Strong IT skills (Email, Excel, Word)
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Full rights to work in Australia
