About the role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Office Administrator to join our team at Curtain Hardware Australia (WA) Pty Ltd in Balcatta, Western Australia. This full-time position will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our business.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and in-person, ensuring a positive customer experience
Processing customer orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and other office duties as required
Liaising with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and resolve any issues
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the curtain hardware industry would be advantageous, but not essential
