We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our new office in Burleigh Heads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working independently while being part of a small, supportive team.

About Us:

We are a well-established, family-run insurance brokerage specializing in NSW CTP Insurance. With a strong reputation for excellent customer service, we are expanding our operations to the Gold Coast and seeking a dedicated professional to help establish our new office.

About the Role:

This is a casual position (25 hours per week) with the potential to grow as the business expands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with insurance-related queries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with marketing tasks, such as social media updates and email communications
Supporting the business owner with daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive and adaptable mindset—this is a hands-on role in a growing business
