About the role

As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for the following:

• Set up, inspect, and maintain dies for quality and safety.
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and store dies properly.
• Ensure quality checks, safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead shift operations, coordinating the team to meet goals.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or die-setting, or a relevant trade qualification.
• Basic knowledge of machine setup, tuning, and die maintenance.
• Forklift license and basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and quality procedures.
