About the Firm:

Our client is an elite boutique firm with a dominant presence in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) sector. Known for its strategic, high-impact work, the firm advises major telecom providers, media corporations, tech giants, and regulatory bodies on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the industry.

About the Position:

Working closely with Partners and collaborating with associates, you will act for a range of clients, including some domestic and international franchises acting as primary legal point of contact in a broad range of commercial litigation matters with a focus on transactional, advice, and compliance work. The role encompasses a broad range of duties including:

• Serve as a primary contact for all Commercial Litigation matters, ensuring comprehensive and expert handling of cases.
• Draft, review, and provide advice on various commercial agreements and compliance issues, including franchise agreements, commercial leases, and retail leases.
• Prepare and assess litigation documentation, with prior experience in this area being highly advantageous.
• Mentor and manage junior solicitors, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of practice within the team.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years + PAE Litigation
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with clients.
• Outstanding interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
