The Firm

Our client is a growing commercial law firm. This law firm is well known for being dedicated to supporting its clients, its lawyers and its values. The firm is now seeking to add an experienced commercial litigation lawyer at the Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate or Of Counsel level due to growth.

Providing more than just lip service to their values, the firm considers the success of its Lawyers not solely to be based on billable hours, but also on a range of other factors such as mentoring and leadership as well as pro bono/community work. The Role

The litigation matters will be complex, interesting and high profile. As a senior litigator you would be able to hit the ground running, form strong client relationships and be able to mentor more junior members of the team. You will be given freedom and autonomy and not be micro-managed.

This is a busy practice, with a loyal client base. This is an opportunity to work on high value, multi-party litigation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years plus pae in the area of commercial disputes
• Have strong technical skills, be commercially astute and not just be a black letter lawyer
• Be organised and be able to juggle competing deadlines
• First class communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to foster strong client relationships
• The ability to supervise more junior members of the team
• Energy, drive and passionate about the area of litigation
