As a Registered Debt Agreement Administrator, with the Australian Financial Security Authority, we assist individual debtors who are experiencing financial difficulty to become debt free by way of Informal Debt Agreements and/or Part IX Debt Agreements. Either solution combines unsecured debts into one affordable and manageable payment allowing our clients a clear path to becoming debt free.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insolvency Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about making a positive impact while advancing your career in financial services, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting clients with enquiries related to formal and informal debt management solutions.

Preparing debt agreement proposals and managing associated documentation.

Liaising with clients and creditors to gather necessary information for debt agreements.

Handling general administrative duties, including but not limited to;

data entry

phone, email and mail correspondence

record-keeping

Assisting creditors with general enquiries
