About the role

As a Property Manager at Tim Altass Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of residential properties. This full-time position is based in our Morningside, QLD 4170 office, though flexible remote work options may be available.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with tenants, arranging property inspections, and addressing maintenance and repair requests
• Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reporting to landlords
• Ensuring all tenancy documentation, including leases and condition reports, are accurately maintained
• Promptly addressing and resolving any tenant issues or disputes
• Proactively marketing vacant properties to secure reliable new tenants
• Providing excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords
• Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations in the residential leasing and property management industry

What we're looking for

• Good experience in a property management role, preferably within the residential sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Thorough understanding of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
• Proficient in using property management software and MS Office suite
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
