Are you a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer with SAP/ERP experience? Want to work with a global electronics manufacturer supplying top-tier customers like Telstra? This is your chance to take ownership of procurement, inventory, and supplier management in a fast-paced, high-tech environment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Procurement & Supplier Coordination – Manage high-volume purchasing (20+ POs daily) for electronic components (chips, sensors, CCTV modules, PCBs, and more).
🔹 Accounts & Finance Support – Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in SAP/ERP.
🔹 Inventory & Logistics – Maintain accurate BOMs, oversee shipping, and track stock across multiple orders.
🔹 Returns & Warranty (RMA) Management – Handle replacements and claims efficiently.
🔹 Multi-Company Order Processing – Ensure accuracy in POs with different tax codes across multiple businesses.
🔹 3PL & Order Fulfillment – Liaise with warehouses and shipping partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (electronics manufacturing preferred).
✅ SAP or ERP expertise (handling POs, invoices, and inventory).
✅ Strong attention to detail (multi-company POs and tax codes).
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excel & accounting software skills (MYOB, Xero a bonus).
