Looking for your next challenge? We have a fantastic 10-month contract opportunity for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at Cadia Valley Operations.
Monday to Friday – 8 hour days – 10 month contract – Immediate start
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting onboarding and training for new personnel
- Managing staff rosters, leave requests, and travel arrangements.
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Performing a range of general clerical and administrative tasks
- Providing professional communication and support across all levels of the organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisation
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat
- SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
