Kiff & Culture is on the lookout for a sharp, highly organised Operations & Events Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on elevated, bespoke tours and corporate events where no two days are the same and every detail matters.

We create small-group luxury tours and unforgettable incentive events across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. From surf safaris and curated food experiences to high-impact corporate activations, we deliver meaningful, story-rich moments for our clients—and we’re looking for someone to help bring it all together.

Key Responsibilities

Tour & Event Operations

Manage all logistics and communications for touring and event experiences

Coordinate with clients, guides, hosts, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution

Organise and manage transport logistics tailored to each experience

Create detailed runsheets and event timelines

Work on-site for key events and tours as needed (including some weekends and evenings)

Be available to be on call occasionally during multi-day tours or major events

Client and Partner Communication

Own the work phone—manage calls professionally and confidently

Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders

Maintain strong relationships with guides, suppliers, venues, and partners

Organisation and Systems

Maintain excellent inbox and task management across multiple projects

Use our CRM and operational systems for scheduling, workflows, and communications

Track budgets, expenses, and resources with accuracy

Confidently interpret briefs and deliver them with precision and creativity

About You

You have excellent attention to detail and leave nothing to chance

You are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You have proven experience in events, tourism, or hospitality operations

You are confident speaking on the phone and working with clients

You are comfortable using CRMs and digital systems to manage work - Previous experience using Hubspot CRM or Monday will be looked upon favourably

You work well under pressure and are solutions-focused

You have a can-do attitude and are a team player

You’re flexible with hours and comfortable being on call from time to time

Location & Flexibility

Our tours and events run across Southeast QLD and Northern NSW

Our office is based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, where you’ll need to work from regularly

Being based on the Gold Coast is advantageous but not essential
