We have part-time and full-time positions available.
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and design exercise programs for clients, including those with chronic conditions or disabilities.
Prepare reports for NDIS, Medicare, TAC, Workcover, DVA, and other relevant programs.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and support networks to develop care plans.
Manage a caseload of individual sessions efficiently while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Engage with clients and the community to promote health and wellness.
Our Ideal Candidate
Essential Requirements:
Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
Current accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
NDIS workers screening check
Reliable transportation.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with NDIS, Workcover, DVA, TAC and chronic disease management plans.
Experience in the mental health field developing lifestyle programs to support mental, metabolic, and physical health. Skilled in creating individualised exercise plans and using education and motivational interviewing techniques to encourage independence and long-term self-management.
Strong initiative and an ability to manage a diverse caseload.
Exceptional time management skills and proficiency in practice management software.
