Customer Care Officer

We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, detail-oriented individual to join our team at Verosol. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into our system, ensuring that all information is correct and up to date as well as managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience. You will act as a liaison between the company and our Dealer network, providing support and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
• Provide product and service information to customers via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify any discrepancies or missing information
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Process order changes, cancellations, and returns as needed
• Work closely with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain organized, accurate records of all orders and related documentation
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an office-based Customer Service or similar role
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
