WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Club Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end operations of UNDEFEATED, ensuring that every member’s experience reflects the standard we’ve built. Your role is a mix of leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution.
1. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Ensure the gym operates seamlessly every single day - from opening to close.
Maintain unrivalled standards in cleanliness, club presentation, and equipment upkeep. Every detail matters.
Manage membership processes, including onboarding, renewals, and retention strategies.
Ensure all systems, bookings, and operations run smoothly—zero friction. Zero compromise.
2. MEMBER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY
Create a culture of excellence - where every member feels supported, motivated, and part of something bigger.
Build relationships with members - know their names, their goals, their wins.
Ensure a high-energy, welcoming environment that aligns with our brand personality.
Lead by example - jump into classes, support members, and embody the UNDEFEATED mindset.
3. TEAM LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE
Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class team of coaches, trainers, and front-of-house staff.
Lead team meetings, deliver training, and set clear expectations around service and performance.
Maintain a high-performance culture - where every team member upholds the UNDEFEATED standard.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
4. BUSINESS & SALES GROWTH
Drive membership sales and retention, ensuring a strong pipeline of committed members.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through memberships, programs, classes, café sales and merchandise.
Analyse key metrics - class attendance, retention rates, revenue trends - and optimise performance.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract the right new members and keep our community engaged.
5. PREMIUM WELLNESS & RECOVERY EXPERIENCE
Oversee our wellness and recovery suites, ensuring a luxury experience for members.
Maintain high standards for equipment, amenities, and overall service.
Work closely with coaches and wellness professionals to create a seamless, high-performance experience.
6. PODCAST ROOM MANAGEMENT
Oversee bookings, usage, and maintenance of the in-club podcast room.
Ensure a professional, high-quality environment for members utilising the space.
Manage scheduling to maximise availability while maintaining an exclusive, premium experience.
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating guest appearances and content opportunities.
