Mansfield Golf Club is seeking an accomplished and experienced Club / Pub Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. This role presents a unique opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a high-performing establishment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing a proficient and professional team, driving business growth, engaging with our members, guests, and local community whilst ensuring the sustained success of our operations. This position requires a hands-on approach to overseeing daily commercial activities.
Mansfield is a thriving, picturesque community located near Mt Buller and Lake Eildon. It is situated in Victoria's northeast, 2.5hrs from Melbourne on the Maroondah Hwy. The region offers all the facilities needed to comfortably live in a regional town. The town also supports thousands of tourists every year as they embark on snow and water skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, camping, bike and horse riding and 4WD activities to name just a few.

Mansfield Golf Club is a public access course located in North East Victoria. Overlooking the golf course and Victorian Alps you can wine and dine in comfort in the bistro, enjoy a drink in one of the bars, enjoy our gaming facilities, or host events and private functions.
The Mansfield Golf Club features:
18-hole championship golf course, grass greens and a fully automatic watering system with an abundance of reclaimed water
Fully stocked Pro Shop and practice facilities, including an indoor Trackman Simulator.
Driving Range
Clubhouse commanding spectacular views of the golf course and the Victorian Alps legendary High Country.
40 Machine Gaming Lounge.
Bar, 300 seat restaurant, and private functions area.
TAB, Keno, and Sports Bar Areas.
50 Seat Outdoor alfresco area.
Children’s play room.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years leading and developing a multi-faceted food and beverage business, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and hands-on leader.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Effective communicator with the ability to share your vision with the team.
• Lead the strategic direction of Gaming and F&B operations and ensure the highest standards in the delivery of a memorable dining experience.
• Manage the high-performing Gaming and F&B team, driving performance and engagement. Ensure the right learning and development opportunities are selected to boost the team's performance.
• Ensure the food & beverage department adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, brand standards, and Internal Control Procedures.
• A proven leader who is a collaborative team player with a strong track record of achieving targeted results.
• Strong proficiency in computer and IT systems.
• Experience with eBet, Bepoz and OSS systems highly regarded.
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to make sound decisions that align with Club policies, procedures, and management objectives. A keen focus on wage costs is essential.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to delegate and lead effectively.
