Data & Marketing Coordinator - 18 Month Contract starting immediately
The Century Group produce live entertainment, present festivals and are the operator of a suite of venues that includes the Enmore Theatre, Metro Theatre, the Factory Theatre complex, the Sydney Comedy Store and The Concourse Performing Arts Centre Chatswood. We are seeking highly energised professionals to work within our marketing team across the live arts, music, business, corporate and community events sectors.
The position is full-time, based in Marrickville at our head office.
This role has a strong focus on our festivals department, where you will be working on events such as the Sydney Comedy Festival and Perth Comedy Festival. You will be a lover of all facets of the arts, with a strong focus on comedy.
You will be a vibrant self-starter with a personal commitment to service and client satisfaction you will be responsible for the complete administrative management of events from establishment to closure.
Underpinning your role will be demonstrated excellence in personal organisation, ability to adhere to systems and procedures, work flow management, prioritisation, completion, advance production and operational requirements. You will be a problem solver, lateral thinker and have the ability to deliver events confidently with the highest level of customer and client service.
Responsibilities
The Data & Marketing Coordinator's role is to work with the team to deliver marketing campaigns for Venues, Festivals and Festival-produced events. Duties include:
Create and maintain audience segments.
Reporting on campaign analytics and effectiveness against objectives.
Manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
Use data analytics tools to track key metrics.
Coordinating marketing activity with partner organisations including ticketing and media partners, sponsors and venues.
Coordinating and producing content for our online platforms including websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube, EDMs and other online networks. A strong working knowledge of online platforms is crucial.
Assisting in other marketing duties as required.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with CRM, preferable Salesforce
Experience in digital, online and social media with a very strong technical understanding of online platforms.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure and in a busy work environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
Preferable – Experience with Canva and/or Braze
