Develop and implement a CRM marketing strategy to make a big impact in an organization that mixes purpose with financial services. ASFA – the voice of super – is looking for a Marketing CRM Lead to work with our small but perfectly-formed marketing team as we enact our new strategy.
You will be responsible for developing a data-led strategy to leverage our existing CRM data-base, and expand it to deliver a fresh, new, personalised, member-first digital marketing. Working with our Marketing Lead and the rest of the team, you will drive revenue growth in our pivotal Learning and Events teams.
As the peak body for superannuation, ASFA plays an important role in supporting our members from across the superannuation sector with research, advocacy, education and collaboration to help Australians enjoy a dignified retirement.

Specific knowledge & skills required
- Proficiency in CRM Platforms with in-depth knowledge on managing and optimising system performance and data. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Expertise in creating and managing email campaigns using CRM tools, including automation, workflows, segmentation and testing.
- Knowledge and expertise in LinkedIn, particularly in segmenting different populations relevant to ASFA.
- Strong skills in analyzing CRM data to generate insights and actionable recommendations, including opportunities for revenue streams in key areas including courses, conferences and events.
- Experience with CMS including WordPress. Working knowledge of HTML an advantage.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools to share with key stakeholders to inform decision making, particularly related to segmentation-specific marketing activities and service offerings.
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Wordpress
Desirable:
- Experience in the financial services or superannuation sector
- HTML
