Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Young, NSW 2594
Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with strategy implementation, content creation, digital marketing efforts, and event coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving the success of various marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Help manage and update company social media accounts, track engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, providing actionable recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and executing marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, ensuring smooth operations.
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in optimizing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and assisting with budget tracking.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field would be beneficial though not necessary.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role (internships may be considered).
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Preferred: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with CRM and email marketing software.
