Description

Develop and maintain strong business partnerships, overseeing all partner interactions.

Track account performance and contribute to global expansion by recommending scalable, demand-driven products.

Conduct market research to identify and categorise new business opportunities (e.g., banks, airlines, affiliate websites, and mobile platforms).

Identify market trends and opportunities to support business growth and expansion.

Align partner goals with company services to maximize business potential.

Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, contracts, and implementation.

Build and sustain a professional network within the travel industry.

Stay updated on industry developments and provide strategic insights.

Profile

At least 5 years of experience in business development within the travel industry, preferably with an OTA background, and a proven record of creating and managing successful partnerships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated success in international environments, with solid knowledge of the travel and e-commerce industries.

A strong network in the Australian market, with a clear drive to expand and strengthen industry relationships.

Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

Resourceful, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a flexible, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
