About the role:
As the Marketing Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of B2B partnerships. You will build strong relationships and collaborate in the development of mutually beneficial partnerships to deliver successful marketing and activations. Some interstate travel will be required as part of this role. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Identify and evaluate new customer acquisition opportunities through partnerships.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, negotiating commercial terms, and preparing commercial analysis.
- Support the proactive management of relationships with signed partners to achieve high engagement and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to execute partnership and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the market and gather intelligence on customers, competitors, and market conditions.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving acquisition and retention.
- Define customer journeys and identify best practice marketing strategies to drive customer retention.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to incorporate learning points into future initiatives.
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing (or similar)
- Campaign delivery experience with an emphasis on B2B marketing
- Ability to use data and insights to identify and measure commercial outcomes
- Good project management and time management skills and experience
- Effective presentation and communication (written and oral) skills
About you:
As an energetic, passionate and highly organised individual, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support B2B partnership strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives. You will play a key role in planning and implementing partnership and marketing initiatives that drive growth from Commercial Road Transport and SME accounts.
This role is perfect for a passionate individual with experience in B2B partnerships, marketing or sales, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in B2B partnerships, marketing or sales
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Motivated to achieve goals both individually and within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware
What we offer:
- Full time fixed term contract (minimum 9 months with a view for extension)
- Attractive remuneration; $90,000 - $110,000 plus super (depending on experience)
- Flexible and Hybrid work model (combination of WFH and Office)
