Job Title: Supervisor and Assessor - Roofing and Fencing

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor and Assessor to join our team in the Roofing and Fencing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team, managing communication with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of workers in roof maintenance, fencing, and home maintenance projects.

Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.

Ensure safety standards and company policies are upheld on all job sites.

Manage schedules, materials, and resources effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a supervisor role, preferably within the construction industry.

Basic knowledge of computer skills and email communication.

Proficient in the use of power tools and understanding of laborer tasks.

Drivers License is required.

White Card (can assist in obtaining).

Police Check/Working with Children Check (can assist in obtaining).

A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.

No prior experience in roofing and fencing is necessary – training will be provided for candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
