What you'll be doing
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contacting potential customers through cold calls and emails
- Identifying customer needs and determining if they require sales assistance or customer support
- Scheduling meetings or calls between potential customers and Account Executives
- Staying updated on new products, services, and pricing plans
- Utilising CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently
What you'll bring to the role
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience using CRM software (eg. Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
