About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative/ New Business Development Manager to visit doctors, pharmacies, and allied health professionals to promote and sell our advanced allied medical healthcare machinery. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, offering them high-quality solutions to enhance their practices.
Responsibilities:
Visit healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacies, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other allied health practitioners, to promote and sell medical machinery On a rent to buy basis.
The product on offer is a device every GP practice or specialist could take on lard and most likely will.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products, highlighting how they can enhance client treatment offerings and patient care.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare practices.
Manage and track leads, sales activities, and customer feedback using the company CRM system.
Provide comprehensive product knowledge, answering any technical questions and addressing customer needs effectively.
Close sales deals and ensure smooth product delivery and installation processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Attend 2-3 expos per year
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector. You may be a rep who has an extensive network you can call upon
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven and target-focused, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals. This role works remotely ( no office to attend) so a high level of trust and honesty is required. We don’t care whether you work 10 hours or 40 hours as long as you get the results
Ability to quickly grasp product features and convey their benefits to healthcare professionals.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in selling medical or healthcare equipment is a plus.
