Mobilize are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to start with our client who is an industry leader in the engineering design, manufacture and delivery of integrated fire protection systems for the Energy sector. With people / culture and innovation at the forefront of our clients values, this permanent position presents as a fantastic opportunity for someone to entrench themselves with a highly innovative employer who provides the support necessary to succeed and grow.
The Opportunity
As the Sales Representative it will be your responsibility to grow our clients market presence, drive new business, and expand their client base. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of engineered solutions and can successfully navigate the sales ecosystem. You will be responsible for promoting our clients principals’ products, engineering services, and securing time-based revenue streams from service and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and clients across Australia
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate RFQs and submit quotations for products and services
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop innovative sales strategies
- Lead new business meetings and present engineering solutions to prospective clients
- Ensure timely production of quotes and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to drive brand awareness
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in engineering, industrial solutions, or fire protection
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to close
- Strong network within the industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365
