Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a state government department in Brisbane CBD on a initial contract until 30/11/2025 + Likely Extensions.

The Role:

This role sits within the Courts and Tribunals Digitisation Program (CTDP), focusing on modernising case management solutions and improving service delivery. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team alongside project managers, change managers, solution architects, developers, and testers to define and document business requirements in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

// Lead process analysis and requirements gathering using BPMN
// Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document business/functional requirements
// Support business process reviews and future state process design
// Collaborate with development teams for user stories, acceptance testing, and DevOps implementation
// Work closely with change managers to assess and document change impacts

Requirements:

// 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
// Strong expertise in BPMN, Microsoft Visio, and business process modeling
// Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
// Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
// Understanding of legal processes within courts and tribunals (highly regarded)
