We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager/Product Manager to lead a key Financial Crime project. This role involves identifying, monitoring, and managing FC requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. The Senior Manager/ Product Manager will define project requirements, establish success criteria, and align outcomes with the bank's FC strategy.

• 12M day rate contract with likely extension
• Day rate: $1000-$1050 plus super per day
• Office attendance two days per week

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial request to implementation, following SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business objectives and compliance needs are met.
• Driving project execution, overseeing estimation, approvals, requirements gathering, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience within financial crime projects and a strong understanding of financial crime regulations, plus the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Required experience:

• Prior experience a Senior Manager/ Product Manager/ Product Manager within banking
• Background in Business Analysis, Project Management or similar (advantageous)
• Extensive experience within financial crime programs within banking including FATCA, CRS, AML, CTF, KYC
• Prior end-to-end delivery on a financial crime program within banking
• Experience working as Product Owner/Product Manager in Financial Crime transformation project environment would be preferred
• Product owner certifications (CSPO), (PSPO) and/or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (SPMPO)
• Scaled Agile (advantage)
