Talent International is searching for an experienced Business Analyst to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on a 12-month contract + Likely Extensions

The Role:
The Business Analyst will support the Digital Enablement Program as part of the ICT Strategy Implementation Program 2 (ISIP 2). The role involves working on strategic initiatives and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across the department, external agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with service transitions and change initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive transition plans, processes, and knowledge base articles.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including business, functional, and transitional requirements.
• Elicit, validate, and analyse critical business and technical information.
• Identify risks, benefits, and business impacts of proposed solutions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work autonomously or within project teams to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis within large-scale ICT programs/projects, preferably in the public sector.
• Experience with SharePoint, M365, D365, Data Platforms, and Archiving Solutions.
• Expertise in business process and system modelling, particularly in ICT service transition.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to investigate complex business situations and recommend improvements.
• Certifications in M365, D365, CBAP, or BABOK (desirable but not mandatory).
