Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long standing client, a leading entertainment organisation. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month contract based in Sydney CBD. You will be working as part of a large scale digital transformation program - please see further details below:

Role Title: Senior Business Analyst

Contract Length: Initial 6 month contract (highly likely to extend)

Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney CBD, with working from home flexibility 1-2 days per week

Daily Rate:$950 - $1100 including super per day

Project: Customer authentication/KYC/Financial Crime - part of large transformation program

Client Industry: Leading Entertainment Organisation

Start Date: Mid-April 2025

Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews

Role Details:

• Customer authentication project
• Want to re-enable Digital Wallet and they need to put a risk mitigation step in by adding a Risk Based Authentication module to their new platform.
• It will be high stakeholder engagement with Vendors and is a technical role.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Recent experience working on customer authentication and KYC projects including digital wallets, risk based authentication models and platforms, & Stop Code's
• Experience with authentication processes and platforms. Understanding of risk-based authentication and security measures.
• Knowledge of digital wallet systems and how they integrate with banking systems.
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Knowledge of integrating various platforms.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ability to assess and score risks based on various factors like IP address, location, and device used.
• Ability to identify potential challenges and implementing strategic measures to address them.
• Strong skills in establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business leadership, technical teams and Vendors
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and product owners.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to contribute to technical tasks and ensure end-to-end solution delivery
• Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and get involved in the technical details of the project.
