Our client, ENGIE, is a leading Australian energy retailer providing gas and electricity to more than 700,000 accounts across VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and WA. They have partnered with us to grow their market share.
About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Handling a high volume of inbound calls from existing and new customers.
Delivering exceptional customer service to customers.
Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database.
Discuss product options, benefits and features and complete sale process with customers.
Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.
About you:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with business customers.
Experience in a sales or customer service environment (contact centre, direct sales, or retail) highly regarded.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think on your feet.
What we offer:
Attractive hourly rate; $32.25 + commission + superannuation.
Casual role offering up to full time hours on a rotating roster between Monday – Friday.
