About the Role:
This is an exciting time as we are currently experiencing rapid growth and in need of multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our business and represent our leading global clients! About You:

• Availability to work weekdays between the hours of 9am – 5pm (up to 38 hours per week)
• Fantastic communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service background
• Exceptional time management
• Contact Centre experience (either inbound or outbound)
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong computer literate skills
• Experience in fast paced sales environment (contact centre, direct sales or retail)
• Be driven to meet KPI’s and achieve targets
