The Role:

As a Car Buying and Quoting Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Carcycle. You’ll engage with inbound calls and emails, providing quotes for vehicles, and guiding customers through our process in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll help us make buying cars easier and more accessible for our customers, all while building strong relationships with potential sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers seeking quotes for their cars.

- Provide accurate vehicle quotes based on customer information.

- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the selling process.

- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude with every interaction.

- Assist with administrative tasks related to car buying.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries at once.

- A passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry (or willingness to learn!).

- Ability to work 5 days a week with flexible hours.

- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

- A vibrant, friendly personality who enjoys talking to people.
