Membership & Insurance - Sales Consultant Role

Trio Automotive Group Queensland Pty Ltd in Gympie are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated sales consultant to join our retail team on a casual basis.

We provide RACQ Members Assistance and Insurance Products.

Kick start your career – no experience necessary, with training provided.

Casual opportunity - Approx 25 - 30 hrs per week – award wage

Minimum hours 20/week, although must be available for Full time hours for training.

As a Sales Consultant you will:

Be able to have in-depth conversations with every member about how we can support their overall Assistance and Insurance needs.

Provide options for the member through education of products and services.

Problem solve whilst following our business rules & procedures.

Be able to retain product knowledge and navigate reference materials provided.

Have a genuine interest in working in a highly regulated environment.

We are interested in people who have the below:

Initiative - has a solution-based mindset and is great at multitasking.

Proven success in building client relationships, ideally in the financial services, retail or hospitality

Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate policy terms in a clear way.

Strong competence in a highly regulated environment.

Have basic/intermediate computer skills to navigate our systems.

The ability to work in a busy environment, ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the member at the center of everything you do.
