Project Coordinator/ Admin Assistant & Fulltime Position ( Trainee Options Available)

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity as a Project Coordinator / Admin Assistant at Level Plumbing & Gas Goulburn based in Goulburn, NSW. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader team while also coordinating projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage various projects and initiatives to support the company's operations and expansion

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping

Phone & Customer Service Duties: Answer and direct company phone calls professionally and liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency

Contribute to the overall success of the business by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

What we're looking for

Administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication

Experience in project coordination, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects successfully

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs) Using Gmail, Google Drive, and other relevant business software.

A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills

Relevant qualifications or experience in administration, project management, or a related field
