Dream Doors Kitchens is a successful international kitchen franchise. This role is for Dream Doors Sydney South franchise, covering projects across St George, Sutherland Shire, Illawarra and the Southern Highlands. Our office showrooms are based in Kirrawee and Corrimal. This role is primarily based in Kirrawee (with some days in Corrimal).
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin and Project Coordinator to work in our local, family friendly kitchen company. You will be part of a 13 person team company wide and working in an office team of 4 persons.
Role will suit someone who can MULTI-TASK, is super organised and works well with team members.
We are a family friendly business that is flexible for parents or persons who have special family needs.
About the role
This role is primarily based in our Showroom office in Kirrawee and at times in Corrimal office.
This role is part of a 4 person office based team.
This role is best suited to someone who is a great organiser, clear communicator, very friendly, pays close attention to detail and displays impeccable customer service skills.
The role is Full Time with flexible hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION: (and not limited to)
*Reporting to the Project Office Manager and Director for tasks relating to coordination of kitchen installation projects.
*Working closely with other Project Coordinators team work, and coverage.
*Liasing and working in consultation effectively with other teams such as Sales and Installation teams
*Responsible for communication with clients from beginning to end.
*Creation of Installation plans for client projects
*Supplier communications and coordination.
*Data entry on spreadsheets and other required process systems
*Coordinating and booking third parties
*Problem solving and resolving issues
*General office cleaning , keeping showrooms tidy in between professional cleaning days.
*General admin duties
*Customer Service for any client showroom appointments
*Ordering and planning of hardware for client jobs
*Assisting with receiving hardware orders into warehouse
*Hardware inventory control
*Packing hardware for client jobs and and labelling parts
