We’re seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team and become the voice of our business, assisting clients and driving sales with exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their entrepreneurial mindset, sales drive, construction knowledge, and strong communication skills to provide expert advice and build rapport with our clients—including residential customers, builders, architects, and project managers.

Provide expert advice over the phone and in person on our range of saunas, heaters, and timber products.

Assist clients with product selection, addressing installation requirements, and offering tailored solutions.

Support the sales process by preparing quotes, managing inquiries, and following up with customers to close deals.

Build strong client relationships by using effective communication and language that resonates with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and engage with client inquiries via phone, online, and in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.

Utilise CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions (training provided).

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

About You

You love sales and are motived to grow with us!

Excellent communication and active listening skills to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sales processes and product knowledge.

Experience in carpentry, construction, or construction administration, with knowledge of timber products or installation methods being a strong advantage.

A proven track record of long-term commitment, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
