PROJECT COORDINATOR – New Homes

• Define Project Requirements, Décor Concepts and Selections with Clients
• Review, Action and Expedite Product Selections and Changes
• Maintain Electronic Project Files, Drawing Updates, and Materials Selections

This position is with an Award Winning, Premium Quality, Residential Custom Homes Builder, supporting the Building Project and Construction Delivery Teams. You will play a key role, liaising directly with clients to understand, define and facilitate architectural design concepts and aesthetic décor and materials selections. Your objectives will be to leverage the company’s award-winning performance and expertise to create and enhance the client experience and the relationships with discerning prestige clients and their projects.

Reporting to the Contracts and Administration Manager, the Project Coordinator will engage with discerning clients throughout the lifecycle of projects, and be the liaison between the client, design, and project teams. You will update finishes documentation and materials call-up schedules, liaise with statutory authorities to achieve consent approvals, and with external stakeholders and suppliers to progressively update electronic project control files. Interacting with all departments and materials suppliers, you will align décor ideas and concepts with overall project objectives, translating them into strategic deliverables and tangible outcomes to achieve that “wow-factor” in building aesthetics.

Suitable candidates will likely have minimum 5 years’ local experience in a similar role within new home building and construction combined with an understanding of project coordination principles and build methodologies in Adelaide. Knowledge of interior design and a flair for décor combined with experience in digital project administration programs and systems may be well regarded. You will apply your knowledge, ingenuity, and resourcefulness to build on the company’s significant capability and proven performance profile.
