Our restaurant is growing and we are looking for a passionate full-time chef (30-38 hrs), who is excited to take the lead and make the kitchen and the menu their own. ASAP start.

ABOUT YOU
This role is for someone who has a LOVE for food and great flavours. You love sourcing the best produce of the season and experimenting with new combinations. You are open to giving and receiving feedback and you are keen to help your team grow. You take pride in your work and you know what it takes for a kitchen to run well.
Outside of this you have minimum 4 years experience as a chef.

DUTIES
Your responsibilities will include:

Creating the seasonal menu and coming up with weekly/fortnightly specials

Food prep (including making desserts)

Ordering

Cleaning your section of the kitchen

Ensuring food-storage standards are upheld

IMPORTANT: You must have the ability to successfully cook multiple meals at once on busy nights - table orders come in thick and fast in our busiest periods

Available shifts:

Wednesday - Saturday evenings

Friday lunch

Sunday lunch
