We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join our Head Office in Bundamba. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in forecasting costs, materials, and labour for high-performance epoxy flooring and coating projects across Australia. You’ll collaborate with our passionate sales, project, and technical teams to produce accurate, competitive quotes that drive profitability and exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Analyse project specs, drawings, and client briefs to develop clear, cost-effective estimates.

Prepare detailed quotes and proposals that instill confidence and align with project budgets.

Stay current on the latest coatings technology and industry best practices.

Collaborate with technical advisors, architects, engineers & applicators.

Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to maintain transparency and winning tenders.

What You’ll Bring:

Estimating experience in the construction or coatings industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Familiarity with estimating & tendering software tools is a plus.
