About the role:
Our client manages multi million dollar projects in the Industrial and Agricultural space.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the team. You will work closely with the Projects team to ensure smooth operations, efficient procurement, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, order, and track materials and equipment
Assist with planning, scheduling, and logistics
Maintain project documentation
Track milestones and ensure projects stay on schedule
Liaising and dealing with suppliers
Quoting of jobs
Reporting to management on progress
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or project coordination in construction
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in construction is a must
Proficiency in data entry and document management
Familiarity with construction materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
