This established role is be based in Wetherill Park and boasts a

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage operations on a day-to-day basis

· Lead, motivate, and manage our warehouse & transport team/s to ensure performance targets are met.

· Oversee the scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.

· Ensure picking and dispatch activities are completed on a daily basis

· Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the fleet, ensuring minimal downtime.

· Ensure the accurate execution of our ERP System

· Hiring drivers and operational resources when required

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

Essential Qualities:

Experience in Transport, Freight, Logistics

Excellent Customer Service skills with previous experience

Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with team members and client representatives

Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail, highly organised and goal oriented
